Gen Z Are The Worst People To Work With

Gen Z workers, born between the mid-1990s and mid-2010s, are often thought of as being tech-savvy due to having grown up in a digital age. However, some managers have found that many younger workers lack the necessary technical skills required in the workplace. This can include basic computer skills such as typing, navigating the internet, or using software like Microsoft Office. Additionally, some Gen Z workers may not have experience with industry-specific software, which can be a disadvantage in certain fields.

One possible reason for this lack of technical skills is that younger workers have relied heavily on smartphones and other mobile devices, which may not require the same level of technical knowledge as traditional computers. Furthermore, some schools may not be providing students with adequate technology education, which could be contributing to the problem.
